Description
French circa 1870's mahogany and ormolu mounted pedestal desk.From the Napoleon III period, constructed from solid mahogany over an oak frame, with original leather inserts to the top and side slides.
This is a very stylish and practical desk with the added benefit of slides either side for extra space. Can free stand as polished on all sides.
This piece has been through our workshops - cleaned and polished. Drawers run smoothly with working locks to all drawers supplied with keys.
Original leather has a number of marks and blemishes but this does not deter from this wonderful piece.
